Preera is not your stereotypical management consultant – grim-faced, sharp dressed and with a head of full of ideas from the other side of the Atlantic. On the contrary, their views on leadership focus on empowering the individual. Dialogue, coaching and guidance are preferred to brutal restructuring. This philosophy needed to be reflected in their appearance and behaviour.

Creation
Working from a revised brand platform – with its focus on “real change” – we created a new visual identity. A personal, engaging image differentiates Preera from the traditional leviathans of the industry. And thanks to smart digital applications and a relevant communication concept – “The art of meeting change” – a picture emerges of a splash of colour in a sea of grey pinstripe.
Activation
Preera’s brand is much clearer today. The visual identity communicates commitment, while the packaging of their strategic offer has greatly simplified communication with clients. This helps create the most vital ingredient of all in any major change project – confidence.
